Heidi Beckenbauer, the widow of legendary German footballer Franz Beckenbauer, led an emotional tribute to her late husband ahead of the Germany vs Scotland match at Euro 2024.
Joined by former German football captains Bernard Dietz and Jürgen Klinsmann, Heidi carried the Henri Delaunay Cup, the European Championship trophy, onto the pitch during the opening ceremony.
